I like this website with regards to healthy nutrition.  My favorite part in this website is the "Spotlights," which has 4-categories: Food Groups, Diet guidelines, Interactive Tools and Let's Move.

All of these 4 categories are very helpful! They help me measure my food portion, create a daily food plans, and promote a healthy living style.  I love my body and I want to treat it well.

Also, there's a section for Preschoolers, Kids (great guides for children), Pregnant and Breastfeeding mothers, too.  There's also weight loss section for those who needs them.  As for me, I want to gain weight.

Take 5 mins and surf through this site, very helpful website, very user friendly, fun and cool too!

Alexander and Sydney

Alexander is 4 years old and his younger sister, Sydney, is 2 years old.  They are such hyper kids.  Both are very active and laugh all the time.  Alexander is very friendly and love to sing.  Sydney is a curious baby girl, smart and she loves to snack :)

Hummingbirds

I was walking at the park during March...  looking forward to snap some pictures of the cherry blossom flowers and lucky me... I get to see hummingbirds up-close.  They were everywhere near the flowers.  I have never seen so many hummingbirds in one place.  Such an exciting experience.

I meant to post Kara & Ken's Engagement before their Pre-Wed photoshoots. Oops! Carry on, my first time with Kara and Ken one on one was so much fun! I also interview this love birds...

Me: Kara, how are you guys keeping the relationship so strong? I mean, 10 years is a long time.

Kara: Both of us knew we were for each other and from then on, we can only think about building our relationship stronger.

Me: *still thinking about the 10 years that they've been together* speechless...

I had the honor to capture beautiful moments of this sweet couple.  They are so in love! They were each other high school sweet heart and each other lovers for 10 years.  He was her first love and she was his first love, too. Til this day, their love are still growing strong.  Happiness does exist. They gave me another reason to believe in true love. Again, Congratulations to Kara & Ken.

Marche Moderne Restaurant

@ South Coast Plaza, 3rd Level

My special someone finally have time for us to go on a date! It has been a while. So when we get a chance, we get a lil' too excited and went all over the places.

He took me to Marche Moderne.  Surprise!  foods were supeeeh, good service, good atmosphere, good times. 

I had Sea Bass served with potato and vegetable purees and he had Veal Filet and Pinot wine. We both like my sea bass dish better ;P Note: request for booth seat when you reserve -- booth table has drape decor and just so much nicer.

We couldn't take any good pictures because it was too dark. I really appreciate that he took the time to find places to take me since he isn't the type of guy that plan. <3 the change.
