I received an email from my sister today regarding the harm of possible used condom assembled into hair tie or slippers from China .... Don't hesitate to pass this on to your friends...

Be cautious of hair bands at open markets around the city – they are probably from China since they are purchased in bulk very very cheap !!!!  Take a good look before buying hair bands in future – specially like the following kind…..  These Hair bands were made from used condoms and threads.  BEIJING (AFP) - Used condoms are being recycled into hair bands in southern China threatening to spread sexually-transmittable diseases they were originally meant to prevent, state media reported Tuesday  In the latest example of potentially harmful Chinese-made products, rubber hair bands have been found in local markets and beauty salons in Dongguan and Guangzhou cities in southern Guangdong province, China Daily newspaper said.  'These cheap and colorful rubber bands and hair ties sell well ....... threatening the health of local people,' it said.. Despite being recycled, the hair bands could still contain bacteria and viruses, it said.  'People could be infected with AIDS, (genital) warts or other diseases if they hold the rubber bands or strings in their mouths while waving their hair into plaits or buns,' the paper quoted a local dermatologist who gave only his surname, Dong, as saying. A bag of ten of the recycled bands sells for just Rs.5, much cheaper than others on the market, accounting for their popularity, the paper said.  A government official was quoted as saying recycling condoms was illegal. China 's manufacturing industry has been repeatedly tarnished this year by a string of scandals involving shoddy or dangerous goods made for both domestic and foreign markets.  In response, it launched a public relations blitz this summer aimed at playing up efforts to strengthen monitoring systems.  Check your kids hair bands and make sure they do not put them in their mouth while trying to plait or tie their hair .  See below for Chinese Slippers now being sold in Walmart in the US . Hopefully, they are not yet in India ....

Alexander and Sydney

Alexander is 4 years old and his younger sister, Sydney, is 2 years old.  They are such hyper kids.  Both are very active and laugh all the time.  Alexander is very friendly and love to sing.  Sydney is a curious baby girl, smart and she loves to snack :)

I was walking at the park during March...  looking forward to snap some pictures of the cherry blossom flowers and lucky me... I get to see hummingbirds up-close.  They were everywhere near the flowers.  I have never seen so many hummingbirds in one place.  Such an exciting experience.

Kara: Both of us knew we were for each other and from then on, we can only think about building our relationship stronger.

I had the honor to capture beautiful moments of this sweet couple.  They are so in love! They were each other high school sweet heart and each other lovers for 10 years.  He was her first love and she was his first love, too. Til this day, their love are still growing strong.  Happiness does exist. They gave me another reason to believe in true love. Again, Congratulations to Kara & Ken.

Marche Moderne Restaurant

@ South Coast Plaza, 3rd Level

My special someone finally have time for us to go on a date! It has been a while. So when we get a chance, we get a lil' too excited and went all over the places.

He took me to Marche Moderne.  Surprise!  foods were supeeeh, good service, good atmosphere, good times. 

I had Sea Bass served with potato and vegetable purees and he had Veal Filet and Pinot wine. We both like my sea bass dish better ;P Note: request for booth seat when you reserve -- booth table has drape decor and just so much nicer.

We couldn't take any good pictures because it was too dark. I really appreciate that he took the time to find places to take me since he isn't the type of guy that plan. <3 the change.
